Where we are going, and how we work
Altamaiez was founded on a simple idea: customs clearance should be predictable. Our vision, mission and values describe what that means for every client and every shipment.
Our mission
To clear, move and deliver our clients' cargo at every Kingdom port through licensed, well-prepared clearance, transparent pricing and transport planned together with the release — so that trade across Saudi borders is simpler for the businesses we serve.
Our values
ComplianceEvery declaration is correct, complete and submitted in our own licensed name.
PreparationDocuments and permits are ready before the vessel berths, not after.
TransparencyDuty, VAT, port charges and our fee are shown line by line, with the official receipts.
ResponsivenessA named coordinator who answers on WhatsApp and updates you at every stage.
PartnershipWe plan clearance and transport together with you, as one supply chain, not two.
