Send these when the shipment is booked — not when it arrives. We will tell you within one working day if anything is missing.
- Commercial invoiceShowing seller, buyer, Incoterm, currency and itemised values
- Packing listQuantities, weights, dimensions and container / pallet details
- Bill of lading or airway billOriginal or telex-released, consigned to the Saudi importer
- Certificate of originAttested as required for the goods and country of origin
- Importer registrationCommercial registration and active FASAH importer account
- Product approvals, where applicableSABER / SASO certificate, SFDA registration, or other permits
- Customs authorisationAuthorising Altamaiez to act as your customs broker — we provide the form
