How a clearance runs with Altamaiez

Five steps, one contact. You receive an update at each stage, and the final step is your cargo on a truck.

  1. Send the shipping documents

    Invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill and certificate of origin — by email or WhatsApp.

  2. We check and classify

    HS codes, values and required permits are verified before anything is submitted, so the declaration is right first time.

  3. Declaration and payment

    The declaration is filed through FASAH. Duties, VAT and port charges are settled and the receipts are shared with you.

  4. Inspection and release

    Our team attends inspection at the port and resolves any query from Customs on the spot.

  5. Delivered to your door

    Trucks are booked in advance, so released cargo moves immediately — with the empty container returned on time.
